In The Goonies, Mikey Walsh is a kid from the Goon Docks of Oregon who has a wild imagination and a group of friends known as The Goonies. When their homes are about to be foreclosed, Mikey convinces his friends to go on a treasure hunt to save their neighborhood. With a belief in adventure and a never say die attitude, Mikey finds One-Eyed Willy's treasure and is able to save the day.
